Warranty, exchange and repair
All jewels are created in our workshop with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us.
There will be no refunds on the merchandise, all sales are final.
It will be possible to exchange one time only, for free regarding ring sizing, except shipping that will be made by customer.
If your item has normal wear problems within two years of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace it. Defects occurring two years after purchase, gold re-plating, lost or damaged bead, or replacement of entire chains will be subject to applicable fees.
To return an item or inquire about a repair, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make reasonable repairs on items up to 2 years after the date of purchase. METO reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
To return the merchandise, please send all items to METO, P.O. BOX 2753, Morin-Heights, Québec, J0R 1H0.
For your protection, please use a well-padded box or bubble wrap and a traceable carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
All costs related to the return shipment are borne by the customer.
